Rebecca earned her Master's degree in Human Relations in 2008 and led 29 sessions of an intense, month-long Job Readiness Training with Second Chance Program San Diego. She has led hundreds of justice-impacted participants to discover more about themselves and practice tools for meeting the needs of our challenging times. As a career coach and resume writer, Rebecca helped Veterans and their families transition to success in life after service in the armed forces. She led 75 sessions of the Transition Assistance Program with glowing reviews from service members and their families. This same compassion and vision she wants to share with her anger management training participants and career coaching clients.
Here are some quotes from her clients:
"An unparalleled ability to connect with any and all backgrounds. A soothing presence and creator of a positive, and inclusive, learning environment. And a great person!"
"I met Rebecca through her husband, we served together on the ship. She sent me a series of questions to tailor my resume to the roles I was looking for, and we worked together to best map my experiences and history to where I want to go in my career journey. She was thoughtful, respectful, and diligent. I now have a resume and cover letter I am proud of and will refer peers, friends, and family to her care."
"Don't question whether you've made an impact on my life, for the rest of my life. I'm a better man because of what you taught me."
"Way back in 2014, you lead our TAPs class. For those who paid attention and absorbed the information, it was incredibly helpful. So, I just wanted to say thank you."
